CAROLINA ALPACA CELEBRATION 2013 SHOW RESULTS
Peggy took 4 alpacas to CABO. Two of the Four received Blue Ribbons. Funny Farm's With A Twist, a beautiful light silver grey female won a Blue and Funny Farm's Winchester, a very handsome white male won a Blue. Both alpacas have received Blue Ribbons before so they didn't come as a surprise!!!!! But once again, I was proud of both of them!
SUNSHINE STATE ALPACA EXPO 2013, TALLAHASSE, FL SHOW RESULTS
What a great show this was for us! We came home with 7 Blues and 1 Championship!!!!! Funny Farm's Top Secret, handsome brown male took First Place; Funny Farm's With A Twist, beautiful light silver grey girl took First Place and Funny Farm's Snickerdoodles, gorgeous dark silver grey girl took First Place! We also came home with a Blue Ribbon for SOAA My Sweet Sweet Tilly for The Spin-Off and a Blue Ribbon and Championship for Funny Farm's Sedona Sky for The Spin-Off. The Championship for Sedona Sky means she got the Highest Score for the entire show. Shows you what great fiber our alpacas produce!!! And Peggy received 2 Blue Ribbons for a Handmade Alpaca Vest and a Handmade Alpaca Needle Felted Scarf both entered into the Handmade Fiber Products contest!!!!!
FUNNY FARM ALPACAS WILL BE ATTENDING THE CAROLINA ALPACA CELEBRATION 2013. THIS ALPACA SHOW IS BEING HELD IN CONCORD, NC ON FEB. 16TH AND 17TH. WE HAVE ENTERED 2 MALES AND 2 FEMALES IN THE HALTER SHOW AND WILL BE COMPETING FOR RIBBONS. AGAIN THINKING WE WILL BE RETURNING WITH BLUE RIBBONS AND HOPEFULLY A CHAMPION OR 2!!!!!!! COME VISIT US THERE!!!
FUNNY FARM ALPACAS WILL ALSO BE ATTENDING THE SOUTHERN SELECT ALPACA SHOW 2013. THIS ALPACA SHOW IS BEING HELD IN SEIVERVILLE, TN; JUST ASIDE OF GATLINBURG!!!! WHAT A FUN SHOW THIS WILL BE. IT IS BEING HELD ON MARCH 2ND AND 3RD. WE WILL BE BRINGING ANYWEHRE FROM 6-8 ALPACAS TO THIS SHOW TO COMPETE IN THE HALTER SHOW FOR RIBBONS!!!!!
WE ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE START OF OUR 2013 SHOW CIRCUIT. THIS YEAR WE HAVE 6PERUVIAN ACCOYO CROWN ROYALE BLOODLINES ABOUND SO THIS SHOULD BE OUR BEST SHOW SEASON EVER!!!!!!!
FEBRUARY AND MARCH WILL BE BUSY BUT THEN WE TAKE A BREAK; STAY AT HOME ON THE FARM FOR A FEW MONTHS AND ENJOY OUR NEW CRIAS BEING BORN.

ROYAL ALPACA CHALLENGE RESULTS
Funny Farm Alpacas attended The Royal Alpaca Challenge in Conyers, GA over the weekend and came home with 4 Blue Ribbons!!!! The competition was extremely tough so we are very pleased that our Florida Alpacas did so well!!!!!
